The following terms apply to all users of the domain readerscopenhagen.com. The terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Or’phism ApS (hereinafter referred to as "Readers Copenhagen", “we”, or “us”) and visits to the website. Readers Copenhagen reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes.

Placement of orders
When placing an order through readerscopenhagen.com, such order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. At Readers Copenhagen, we make every effort to ensure that our website is always updated and error-free. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to sold-out items, printing errors, technical issues, delivery failures or similar situations. Please note that the auto-reply (via e-mail) is not a legally binding purchase agreement. The purchase agreement is only legally binding once you have received an order confirmation by e-mail from Readers Copenhagen with your invoice and information that your order has been shipped.
Payment
At Readers Copenhagen you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Mobile Pay. All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. We do not charge credit card fees. The account details that you enter when purchasing products on our online shop are processed by Quickpay and will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL).
The amount of your order will be charged from your account once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery
We offer free standard shipping in Denmark and selected EU-countries*. In Denmark the order is delivered with GLS to your home address, company address/workplace or to a parcel shop of your choice. For orders to countries in EU, we will ship your order by GLS or FedEx. The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will email you the tracking number of the package. Readers Copenhagen is responsible for your purchase until you have received it.
*Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Sweden and The Czech Republic.
Return policy
When shopping at readerscopenhagen.com, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date
As a customer, you must notify us by email that you wish to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. You must return the products to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us about the cancellation of your purchase. You may unpack the products and try them on, as long as they are returned in the same condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have any signs of use.
How to return your order
To reduce our CO2 footprint, all our returns are made online in order for us to avoid unnecessary return labels that are never used. If you wish to exchange or return an order, please contact us at readers@orphism.dk. Our Customer Service will upon your request, send you a pre-paid return label to your email, which you can print out and attach to the package. The products must be securely wrapped in their original packaging and returned in the same condition as they were received. You have the responsibility for the package/products until we receive them. Always remember to keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. Please note that we do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops, COD (Cash on Delivery) or similar.
Refund
When you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, we do not reimburse the delivery costs in the event that you have purchased several items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, or if you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery.
Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank.
Notification of defects
All items purchased on readerscopenhagen.com is subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), giving you 2 years of right to claim and applies from the day you have received the item. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product. Complaints
A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via www.forbrug.dk.
